Liver Flush

The Liver flush helps to maintain the health and function of the liver, which is central to our overal health and well being.  This flush is to be done for 10 consecutive days --- 3 days off--- another 10 consecutive days.  During this flush you really need to focus on eating a healthy diet -- lots of fruits and VEGTABLES -- and avoid overly processed foods and excess sugar. 
It is best to drink it first thing in the morning and avoid eating for one hour.  After the hour be sure to drink some water or herbal tea and then enjoy a light breakfast!!

Recipe: 
2 tbsps  of Citrus Juice (lemon or lime -- squeezed or bottles Real lemon) 
add 1-2 cloves of garlic( freshly squeezed in a press) and a small amount of grated ginger( grate and press through garlic press) 
Add 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
