Hi There,

My name is Coreen!  I love to inspire individuals to reveal their inner beings.  I have a desire to succeed at helping people achieve a better quality of life through health and fitness.  We are all so capable - we just need to find our own unique way. Our thoughts patterns often determine who we are and what we can achieve.  We have to change our thoughts to allow us the freedom to accept our own greatness. Reprogramming our thoughts and training our  bodies at the same time is a sure solution to success.  

​The best part of my job is to  see how fitness changes people lives.  They feel better, have more confidence and energy.  I think it's safe to say that when people get their daily dose of exercise induced endorphins that they are happier overall. 

Health and wellness has been a longtime passion for me.  I started my journey many years ago and love continuing to grow and learn through many courses and conferences in the health and fitness fields so that I am best able to offer the latest and best advice to support my clients. My official personal training education is a Graduate from Nait and I am also Certified with the AFLC for Group Fitness.  I'm a Certified Spin, Barrre, Zumba and a 350 hours Yoga Teacher from the School of Blissology, 100 hr Yin Teacher training and a 250 hour Aerial YTT. My learning doesn't stop there as I also work as a Certified Natural Nutritionist with AFLC as well as the European Certification Board of Food Addiction in Counselling.  

Being able to have a positive impact on the lives of people that I work with is amazing!  Observing people grow stronger, more confident and achieve their goals brings me great honor and joy.  After countless years of helping people have a better relationship with their body and fitness, I still get excited to be a part of this journey for so many.  It's a pinch me kinda job!

I help to inspire people in-person or Online creating personalized exercise programs to suit the unique needs to obtain sough after goals.  I'm currently teaching at a local gym in St. Albert, Alberta Canada where I also teach weekly group fitness and yoga classes.

Beyond Personal Training and fitness classes I'm deeply passionate about helping people have a better relationship with food and eating.  The way nature intended by eating foods your body craves so that you can function feeling more refreshed and vitalized.  When you each clean you eat more often by eating lean protein, complx carbs and healthy-fats.  These practices keep your blood sugar levels stable and keep you satisfied. The best part is that if you need to lose weight, it will happen without you having to try!
